The Job Cost, Service
Management, Purchasing, Equipment Costing, and Inventory modules all
integrate with the Accounts Payable module in NGS 2000. Throughout
the Accounts Payable module, detailed information can be entered at the Job
Cost Task Code and Service Management Work Order/Ticket levels.
The functions in this module have been designed with data entry efficiency
and ease of operation in mind. All entry functions can be performed with
either the keyboard or the mouse. Like the rest of the entry
operations in NGS 2000, various "hot keys" can be used to make data
entry lightning fast. |
