Training

Our Education department is responsible for helping you attain the most from your newly purchased software. Our training manager will work with you and your staff so that you can achieve the fastest route to full implementation. Once our training manager has arrived at the correct implementation plan for your company, they will review that plan with the trainer that is assigned to your account.

J. Knutson and Associates offers individual one-on-one training, most generally at your office. Throughout  the year we plan and host seminars that are designed to help our users gain more from their software. These seminars are generally planned around a feature that is built into the software.
