FX Interchange

FX Interchange™ software provides data transporting services that allow you to quickly and easily integrate FieldCentrix Enterprise to your existing back-office business systems — to get the most value from your FieldCentrix data.

FX Interchange does this by converting the data stored in the FX Service Center knowledge base to XML (eXtensible Markup Language) or a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0/2000 database. Once converted, the data is easily accessible to your other systems for basic billing and payroll extraction, and extensive bi-directional integration purposes to support the needs of an accounting, call center, or service dispatch integrated solution.

You don't have to know or be trained in XML, which greatly reduces the time, complexity, and resources you need to integrate FieldCentrix with your existing applications.

FX Interchange automates the necessary outbound and inbound data extraction services for transporting data between FX Service Center, FX Mobile, and other applications. And it's completely transparent to users.
