With Bid/Proposal Management, you can:
- Easily generate proposals for reporting, comparison, and forecasting. With custom proposal creation and various reporting options, achieve streamlined proposal management and greater insight into pipeline activity, anticipated workloads and workflow from a won bid, and “what if” scenarios.
- Quickly create bid file and access bid details. Easily access materials and subcontract bid items for buying out of the job. Database tracking of bids captures prospect, bid type, lead source, bid due date, and bid stage/status, which enables up-to-the-minute insight of company activity and improved planning. Also analyze and manage bid process by generating alerts and reviewing bid performance.
- Automatically create budgets and billing schedules. Eliminate redundancies and errors while speeding workflow from bid information into purchase orders, subcontracts, etc. Improve visibility of complicated projects and gain better control of profitability on every job. Assign project manager and build necessary information about each job, such as customer details, task codes, payroll and billing information, estimate details, buyout information, and more.
