With the Buyout/Procurement module, businesses can centralize and streamline job-related purchasing activity.
Using this tool, contractors can control costs and easily manage the buying process that occurs between the award of a bid and the start of a job. For materials and subcontracts, Buyout/Procurement centralizes all job-related purchasing activity.
The flexibility of Management Suite allows users to import material estimates and create detailed Buyout worksheets for each job. With a clear picture of the materials and subcontracts needed, contractors can easily complete requests for quotes (RFQs). Once quotes are received, options can be reviewed in Buyout Entry and a purchasing option can be selected. From there, Management Suite automatically creates the purchase orders, subcontracts and inventory requisitions. |

- Store contractual product details with costs if you negotiate contracts with suppliers for a specific amount of time. This information can be viewed among the quotes in Buyout Entry, making it easy to determine which supplier is offering the best price.
- Generate, print, and e-mail RFQ documents.
- Easily analyze each vendor’s qualifications, quotes, and prices to make the best purchase selections.
- Quickly search and retrieve information by item number, item description, job number, task code, date needed, and more.
