Our Technical Department is responsible for the installation and operation of our customer sites as well as our own internal network. When a new customer is added to our client list it is our Technical Departments responsibility to ensure the installation of all components the customer purchased work together. This includes the Customers' new software, hardware and network.

Hardware

We purchase hardware for each specific order. By doing so we assure our customers the newest and latest in hardware technology. JKA uses hardware from established, responsible suppliers who supply durable "business" rather than "home-use" units. Our suppliers and JKA offer on-site service for those items we sell and support.

Support

J. Knutson and Associates, Inc. provides full product support for all the products that we sell. Our in house support staff are capable of guiding you through the process. They work hand in hand with our field trainers to assure your confidence and success. We track the calls from our clients so that we know at any point where customers could be having problems.

Training

J. Knutson and Associates offers individual one-on-one training, most generally at your office. We also offer web based training. Throughout the year we plan and host seminars that are designed to help our users gain more from their software. These seminars are generally planned around a feature that is built into the software.

Consulting Services

J. Knutson and Associates, Inc. can provide complete consulting with reference to your pending applications. Our highly qualified consultants can guide you through the entire selection process. This includes all application software as well as network and hardware selection. You can save substantially by relying on the judgment and knowledge of our staff.
