J. Knutson and Associates, Inc., can provide ongoing telephone support and maintenance for all the products that we sell. Our product support staff consists of knowledgeable personnel, with the accounting and technical skills to handle your most difficult question. Our support staff has appropriate educational background  in accounting and the technical capabilities to understand the relationship of the software and the operating system.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT:

J. Knutson and Associates, Inc. offers annual telephone support agreements for Maxwell Systems and Contractors Software Group. These Telephone Support Contracts are available on an annual contract. Even though you have completed a hands on training course it is still comfortable to know that our telephone support staff is there to help and guide you.  We maintain a staff of highly trained support specialists for the products that you use. If you do not elect to purchase an annual Telephone Support agreement you can always pay for telephone support on an as required basis, billed in hourly segments.

The staff of telephone support specialists are equipped with computers and software to correctly analyze your problem and arrive at a solution. It is our suggestion that our clients computers be configured with a communications package that will allow our staff to log onto your system and view your software to better understand your problem. This staff is capable of handling the simple to the complex. 

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS:

In today's dynamic software and technology environment, these annual product maintenance agreements are always a good investment. We provides you with the ability to purchase living software. These annual maintenance agreements protect you against changing markets and technology requirements for the life of your software product.

Annual maintenance agreements enable you to move forward to new hardware technologies and gives you the ability to transfer into other operating environments. They assure you that the money spent for software is not an expense but a profitable investment for your corporation's future.
